Facilitation of Enterprise Development contributions directly from clients. BIG is proudly 51% Black-owned and recognized as Level 2, Exempt Micro-Enterprises (EMEs), making us eligible to receive Enterprise and Supplier Development contributions that enhance sustainability efforts.
Aligning clients regulatory needs across intersecting consulting streams including HR, supply-chain, sustainability and strategy – so clients receive integrated, transformation aligned solutions that drive compliance, competitive advantage and measurable socio-economic impact.

The BIG Story
BIG Impact Group was established in 2023 as a natural progression of a long-standing commitment to sustainable business development. Built on the combined experience of LL Inc, LLC, and LLCA, BIG provides solutions across Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG), Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD), and Business Advisory Consulting, helping organisations create meaningful and lasting impact.
Since its inception, BIG has focused on bridging gaps in ESG implementation, enterprise and supplier development, and business advisory services, delivering integrated solutions that are strategic, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. We empower new businesses to grow sustainably, strengthen SMMEs, and enhance operational and governance frameworks. By combining innovation, expertise, and measurable outcomes, BIG drives transformation and creates lasting impact across the organisations and communities it serves.
In the spirit of sustainable business development, LLC identified a gap in the market for building leaders and skilling up “leaders of self”, “leaders of others” and “leaders of leaders”. To this end, The LLC Academy “LLCA” was born out of the LLC stable in 2016. LLC and LLCA have continued to grow under the leadership of Angie Lanham-Love and Eileen Thornhill.
At this point, the two companies have continued with their sustainability goals by having:

- implemented 130+ ownership interventions.
- trained and developed 5000+ clients’ staff
- trained and mentored 150+ Early Childhood Development teachers
- supported multiple schools in under privileged communities via our Support-A-School outreach programme
- regularly raised B-BBEE compliance levels and at the same time reduce the cost of compliance
- impacted 230+ individuals this year via our creation and continued support of the Strenue Foundation
