The BIG Story
The LLC way is based on a track record of sustainable business development. In the beginning (2003) a new and energetic legal firm was established that grew into a market leader in its field of law. Lanham-Love Attorneys (now LLGV) has grown tremendously under the able leadership of Bobby Lanham-Love. They embarked on their first sustainable business development when Lanham-Love Consulting “LLC”(2013) approached them to enter the B-BBEE consulting world from a legal perspective. LLC was born out of the legal stable and has grown into a sustainable company offering integrated solutions to its impressive client base.
In the spirit of sustainable business development, LLC identified a gap in the market for building leaders and skilling up “leaders of self”, “leaders of others” and “leaders of leaders”. To this end, The LLC Academy “LLCA” was born out of the LLC stable in 2016. LLC and LLCA have continued to grow under the leadership of Angie Lanham-Love and Eileen Thornhill.
At this point, the two companies have continued with their sustainability goals by having:

- implemented 130+ ownership interventions.
- trained and developed 5000+ clients’ staff
- trained and mentored 150+ Early Childhood Development teachers
- supported multiple schools in under privileged communities via our Support-A-School outreach programme
- regularly raised B-BBEE compliance levels and at the same time reduce the cost of compliance
- impacted 230+ individuals this year via our creation and continued support of the Strenue Foundation
